How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.
You can use this tracking number to follow your shipment directly on the carrier’s website.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available after the order has been dispatched. If you haven’t received tracking details or need help checking your order status, feel free to contact our support team.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Orders returned to us because of an incorrect address will require an additional shipping fee to be reshipped.

Damaged Items

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

    Send us an email with your order number along with clear photos of the damaged item and the original packaging.
