Return & Exchange Requests
We accept return or exchange requests within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
To request a return or exchange, please contact our support team and provide:
- Your order number
- The email address used to place the order
- The reason for the return or exchange
- Photos or videos if the item is damaged or defective
Once your request is approved, we will provide further instructions.
Return Method
All returns are handled by mail.
To ensure the return address is accurate and properly processed, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label after your return request is approved. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Items must meet the following conditions to be eligible for return or exchange:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition
- Original packaging and tags (if applicable) must be included
- Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a return or exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible.
Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue so we can assess the situation. If the issue is confirmed, we will cover the return shipping cost and offer a replacement or refund.
Exchanges
We support exchanges up to one time per order.
Exchange requests are subject to product availability. If the requested item is out of stock, a refund will be offered instead.
Return Shipping Costs
For returns due to change of mind or non-defective items, the return shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility.
For items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Restocking Fee
For non-defective returns (such as change of mind or ordering the wrong item), a restocking fee of 10% will be deducted from the refund amount.
This fee helps cover handling, inspection, and processing costs.
No restocking fee will be applied to defective or damaged items.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
