Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order for a full refund if you do so within 12 hours of placing it. After this 12-hour window, cancellations may not be possible if your order has already entered our processing queue. Approved cancellation requests will be processed for a full refund within 7 days.
Order Modifications
You can request to modify details of your existing order, such as changing the size or color, within 12 hours of placing it. To avoid delays, if you want to add a completely new item, please place a separate order.
