1. Where We Ship
We currently ship exclusively within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time, but we are actively working to expand our reach in the near future.
2. Flat-Rate Shipping
We believe in simple, predictable shipping:
- Flat-rate fee: $6.99 per order
- No hidden charges or zone-based fees
This flat rate applies to all orders, regardless of item quantity or delivery location within the U.S.
3. Order Processing Time
All items from fleurspajamas are made to order, meaning we create each product individually after your order is placed. This allows us to ensure high quality and reduce excess inventory.
Please allow 1 – 2 business days for:
- Custom printing and embroidery
- Product inspection and packaging
- Handoff to the shipping carrier
Processing time excludes weekends and national holidays.
4. Shipping Time
Once your order is processed, we will ship it using a reliable U.S. carrier such as USPS or UPS.
- Estimated delivery time: 3 – 6 business days (after processing)
Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can monitor the status of your delivery.
5. Changing Your Mind After Ordering
If you need to make changes to your order – such as switching sizes or updating your shipping address – you must notify us within 12 hours of placing the order.
To request a change, email support@fleurspajamas.com with your order number and requested updates. After 12 hours, your order is locked for production and no further modifications can be made.
If your item has already shipped, we cannot stop or reroute the delivery. However, you may be eligible for a return after delivery in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy.
6. Shipping Delays
While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Postal service disruptions
- Peak holiday volumes
- Incomplete or incorrect shipping details
We will do our best to notify you of any significant delay and support you with tracking updates and customer care.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, fleurspajamas is not liable for theft, misplacement, or loss. If your tracking shows delivery but you haven’t received your item:
- Check with household members, neighbors, and your local postal carrier
- Wait 24 hours, as some carriers scan “Delivered” before actual drop-off
- Contact us at support@fleurspajamas.com and we will assist to the best of our ability
8. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order. If you realize the address is incorrect, contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.
If your order has already shipped, we cannot reroute or recall it. In this case:
- You must wait for the package to be returned to our warehouse by the shipping carrier
- Once returned, we will notify you and offer to reship the package to your correct address
- A reshipping fee of $6.99 will be applied to cover the cost of sending the order again
We are not responsible for delays or loss caused by incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
9. Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to delivery failure – such as an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or repeated missed delivery attempts – it will be processed as follows:
- We will notify you once we receive the returned package
- You can choose to have it reshipped to a corrected address (reshipping fee of $6.99 applies)
- Alternatively, you may request a refund for the item(s), but the original shipping fee is non-refundable
Returned orders will be held for 10 business days. If we do not receive your instructions, the item will be restocked and a refund may be issued at our discretion.

Refund and Returns Policy
At our store, we take pride in delivering high-quality shirts to our customers. However, if something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help. Please read our return policy carefully before submitting a return request.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges only under the following conditions:
- You received the wrong item, incorrect size, or wrong color.
- The item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind, subjective dissatisfaction, or sizing issues if the correct size was sent based on your order.
2. Return Time Frame
All return and exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order. Requests submitted after this window will not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
3. Mandatory Requirements for Return/Exchange Requests
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at support@fleurspajamas.com. In your initial message, you must provide all of the following:
- Full Name: As shown on the order
- Order Number: The unique code provided in your order confirmation
- Detailed Description: A clear explanation of the issue (e.g., wrong size, wrong color, damaged item, etc.)
- Photo Evidence: At least 2 clear, close-up, and well-lit images showing the issue
Photos should include:
- The affected area or damage
- The item’s size tag (if size is incorrect)
- The full front and back of the product
- Return/Exchange Preference: Let us know if you prefer a replacement (if applicable) or refund. For exchanges due to wrong size, please specify the correct size you need.
Return or exchange requests without complete photographic evidence will be automatically rejected.
4. Return, Exchange & Refund Process
Once your return or exchange request is reviewed and approved:
- If a replacement for a damaged, wrong item, or wrong size is available, it will be shipped free of charge.
- If the item is out of stock for a replacement, or if you requested a return for a damaged or wrong item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
- We will notify you via email once your return or exchange is processed. Refunds will be issued within 7 days of approval, and please allow an additional 3-5 working days for it to appear in your account depending on your bank.
5. Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds/exchanges in the following cases:
- Missing or incomplete photo documentation
- Damage caused by misuse, washing, or wear and tear after receipt
- Items returned without prior authorization
- Any return or exchange initiated after 30 days from delivery
